Name: Vincent Krum

Wand Type: oak, 11 1/2 inches, dragon bone. The wand is slender and long, dyed black to match the seemingly black soul of its owner.
History: Vincent is a pureblood wizard, born and raised in Germany. He was related to the Lestrange family, being that his distant cousin married one of the Lestranges though he never made it to the wedding, nor did he meet any of the Lestranges. He knows most of them to be dead, as well as most of his family. The lot of them were killed in the wizarding war. He runs a small pub in Diagon Alley, co-owned by the owner of The Three Broomsticks, he inherited it from his Grandfather, Rabastein Krum. It's only open in the summer months, so it dosnt get in the way of schooling a Hogwarts. Most of his past is a blur that he prefers to forget about. It's filled with abuse and abandonment, which left him with the extreme trust issues he has now.
Appearance: Vince is a very attractive looking man. He stands around 6 feet tall, weighing around 130 pounds. He is slender and rather pale, his eyes a dark brown that sometimes appears to be black. He can be seen wearing anything from t-shirts and skinnies to a suit on rare occasions. His hair is long and brown, usually pushed to one side.
Personality: Vincent is a very difficult person to get along with. He tends to be cruel and assonine, but once you get to know him and gain his trust he's got a heart the size of texas. He is quiet and very much to himself, prefering the company of his owl. Vincent is very intellegent, though few people actually get to discover just how much this boy knows. He rarely talks to people, reason being he either just dosnt want to, or dosnt know how to approach them.
RP Sample: The door to the small dingy flat swung open, hitting the wall with an obnoxious crack. A pugnent scent filled the room as a rather tall man stumbled inside. His clothes were ratty and messy, his hair in knots atop his head. The man scoffed, taking a swig of the drink in his hand before swishing the contents around as he leaned against the wall. Vince knew these signs too well. So many times his father had come home drunk, so many times he had beaten Vince and his mother to a bloody pulp. Young Vince was trembling in his bed, clutching the teddy his Grandfather had gotten him for his birthday some years ago. Things had been better when his Grandfather was alive. Things had been so much better. "Get out here you little fucker." The quite wasted man slurred, whipping the bottle at the wall. Vince heard the crack from upstairs, the sound of the glass shattering against the wall made his skin crawl, the hair on the back of his neck stand up. He knew all too well what was coming next. Footsteps sounded off on the stairs, clumsy and loud. He quivered, clutching the bear tight to his chest, tears streaming down his paler than normal cheeks. He prayed to whatever god that was out there, prayed that his father would leave him alone tonight. His mother knew better than to get involved, it would only mean a thorough beating for her aswell, Vincent knew that. The man reached the door, kicking it down with his foot, laughing at the sight of his son, cowering beneath the heavy blankets. Vincent could feel the blankets being ripped off, his eyes sqeezed shut automatically as he clutched the teddy harder yet. He could hear the ripping of fabric as the stuffed bear was ripped from his grasp, and all of a sudden, white. Vincent shot up in his bed, he was hot and sticky, sweating like a pig. His bear, fur worn down from the years, was tucked tight against his chest, he had been gripping it so tight he lost feeling in his arm. "Just a dream..." He murmured, flopping back down onto the damp bed. How was he supposed to fall asleep after that..Vincent sighed, staring up at the ceiling as he mentally prepared for another restless night. He didnt dare shut his eyes, fearing that he would encounter the drunken man again in his dreams.

Why should we allow you to have this ability?: It would be interesting, being that Vince hates talking to people, and being that the specific Veela abilities would tempt people to speak with him even more. It certainly would provide an interesting roleplay.
