Flying Around.

Draco sped down onto the terrain of he Quidditch Pitch, nearly launching himself off the broom as it sputtered out of control from the sudden lack of a rider, landing several feet away. He rolled around in the soft damp grass that seemed charmed to allways be warm and green. Gods how he missed this. He let out what almost sounded like a soft growl of approval, rolling onto his stomach and happily running his hands through the soft grass. "I want a bloody bed made out of this shit, so soft." He chuckled, poking at the terrain that was obviously charmed with many cushioning charms. He laid there for just another minute before pulling the snitch from his pocket, spelling the necklace lose as the snitch unfolded."Do you want a full on game, bludgers and all? Or just the snitch?" he looked over at the girl who had arrived mere seconds behind him.

Blair chuckled at Draco as he spread himself out in the grass. She silently agreed with him; it was really soft. She could very much see that a bed made out of it would do a person wonders. "Let's warm up with the snitch and then see where things go." Blair winked at the boy before zooming off to the other side of the pitch, warming up and getting herself ready for their game. She couldn't help but smile as the wind forced her hair to whip around her face. She hadn't even realized how much she missed flying.

Draco frowned as the snitch zipped around him, seemingly unable to fly any higher. He plucked the dense peice of metal from the air, turning it around several times in his palm. It did feel quite heavy. "Potter.." he drawled out, lifting the snitch to his mouth to give it a quick lick as harry had instructed in the letter he received with it. It shot open and Draco nearly whipped it across the field. A number of snap bombs went off, soon followed by an obviously enchanted snake figurine. The small porcelain snake slid towards Draco as he quickly dropped his hand. It slithered around his index finger and latched itself there, with a final hiss it froze around his finger. Draco stood there dumbfounded, and quite confused as to how the hell potter had gotten his hands on something that looked as expensive as it probably was. The thought of Harry buying something expensive for him made Draco flustered and somewhat annoyed. He shook his head and quickly snapped to life as the snitch took flight and darted off, Draco not soon after mounted his broom and took off. "Alright, you ready?" He smirked, trying to look less flustered.

"Quit thinking about your lover and let's play," Blair teased Draco, though she wasn't sure if that was a little bit of jealousy that gave her heart a squeeze. She flew over to the blond boy and stopped next to him in midair. "Are you ready?" she asked him, a challenging, sexy smile on her pale face.

Draco's eyes widened as his face flushed a bright red. He glared at her, or at last he tried. "He is not..my lover" Draco spat out, trying as hard as he could to mask the embarrassment boiling inside of him. The blonde wizard pouted, crossing his arms, thighs tightening around the broom. Harry was Draco's enemy, certainly not his lover. Though Draco did find the git attractive, his glasses were utterly adorable and when he was covered in dirt and grime Draco couldn't help staring. Draco shook his head a bit and placed his hands back on the broom. Enemies they were and enemies they would remain! Thats the way it had to be and besides, Draco hated Harry, he hated him...He snorted, glancing over at the girl, a wicked grin spreading across his face as a bit of gold flickered behind her. He took off full speed after he snitch, not even bothering to warn her, she would catch on eventually. Besides, Draco wasn't known for playing fair.

Blair decided not to say anything about Draco and Harry, though she had a sneaking suspicion that there had been something between them at some point. As Draco shot towards her, she turned and saw the glittering snitch just yards in front of her. "Oh, no, you don't!" She called as she leaned forward and aimed herself towards the small, golden ball. She missed it by inches, her green eyes watching it flutter along, dancing just out of the reach of her fingertips.

Draco reached out to grab at the snitch. He could practicaly feel the cool metal on his figertips as h grazed it. The metalic orb suddenly dropped, Draco swung his arm down after it, almost fallig off his broom as it snapped down aswell. He growled slightly, biting down on his lip almost to the point where it bled. He was so close to catching that damned ball. He held his breath as the wind lashed at his face. The snitch darted below the stands, Draco following after it hoping to god they had fixed the pillars making them sturdy again.

Blair raced after the golden ball, pushing her broom to go faster with her thoughts. She almost crashed into Draco a couple of times, but managed to right herself and avoid disaster each time. After many long moments, she spotted the snitch and zoomed towards it, reaching out, stretching her fingertips as far as they could go... and she felt the cold metal hit her hand. "YES!" She shouted, raising her fist triumphantly, a blazing look in her eyes. She had done it!

Draco smirked as he pulled his broom to a hault, absen mindedly running a hand through his hair. "Beginners luck." He chuckled a bit flying over and nudging her shoulder."Maybe you should try out for the Quidditch team." he smiled brightly, there hadn't been a decent female player on the Slytherin team, not yet at least. Draco sighed, Pushing down till his feet hit the ground. He had missed flying, the breeze in his hair, the adrenaline rush that surfaced, it was ecstasy for him, it was the one thing he was good at other than potions work. He palmed the broom, waiting for the female to land aswell.

Blair landed next to Draco somewhat messily, almost falling off of her broom but catching herself just before. "I've always wanted to play on the House team, but I never thought I would be good enough." She looked down at the tiny golden ball that was struggling to get out of her tightly locked fingers and couldn't help but smile. She then looked back up at Draco, her green eyes shining.

Draco chuckled a bit and shook his head. "I am the team captain yknow, I could just, let you on the team." Draco shrugged a bit, heading slowly towards the changing room. Even though they had only been flying for a short time Draco still broke a tinny sweat, and him being the over obsessive hygiene freak could not stand it. He sometimes wondered how Potter did it, going for hours covered in sweat and grime. Draco found it absolutely revolting yet, oddly enough, it suited him.

Draco made it into the large boys changing room and stripped rathe quickly, hopping in the shower. Being that the showers were open stalled he felt rather uncomfortable. Though knowing that he was the only one there, he decided to take his time. The hot water felt wonderful, he couldof stayed there forever. Though after some time it began to run cold and he shut it off, drying off and spelling himself some clothes from the towel. He banished the broom and the uniform, sending them back to the room of requirements. Wondering where the girl went he set off to find her. She had mentioned the Forbidden Forest so he went to look there first.
